I waited for hours for the sun to drop in the sky, at Mount Shasta, Oregon. It didn't take long however for the sky to turn black once the sun had set

D’Arcy Evans was born in a small town in Ontario, Canada in 1960. His interest in photography was sparked in 1997 while flying over the Yukon River in Alaska in a small plane. He made a photograph of the river that was later used by the geography department at the high school he attended back home.
